THIS IS MY TURTLE
This is my turtle (make a fist with thumb tucked inside)
She lives in a shell
She likes her home very well
She pokes her head out (stick out your thumb)
When she wants to eat
And pulls it back in (tuck thumb in)
When she wants to sleep

FIVE LITTLE TURTLES WERE DOWN AT THE POND
(fill in an appropriate word at the blank)
Five little turtles were down at the pond, down at the pond at play
Along came a hungry ____, and chased one turtle away
Four little turtles were down at the pond, down at the pond at play
Along came a wiggly ____, and chased one turtle away
Three little turtles were down at the pond, down at the pond at play
Along came a giant _____, and chased one turtle away
