This month we will be reading all of the Missouri Building Block Picture Book Nominees for 2015 and voting on which book we liked the best.

For our Craft we made discovery bottles by adding rice, sequins, beans, beads, etc. to water bottles and hot gluing the tops on

Five Little Nails
Five little nails, standing straight and steady (hold up five fingers)
here I come with my hammer ready! (hold up fist)
bam, bam, bam! (pounding motion with fisted hand)
that nail goes down. Now there are four nails to pound.
